Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or the full fee may be payable.
New clients are required to pay online in full at the time of booking in order to secure their appointment. A full refund will be made if you need to cancel your appointment, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.
For exisiting clients, payment may be made online or in person at your appointment (by credit card, bank transfer, cash or cheque).
New male clients are very welcome. For my safety, please make an appointment for a free 15 minute phone consultation with me, during which your appointment will be booked. Thank you for your understanding.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing Covid-19, flu or severe cold symptoms or if anyone in your household has tested positive for Covid. If in doubt, please let me know as we may need to reschedule your appointment or I may ask that you wear a mask.
